Chances4All
“chances4all” is a nonprofit, nongovernment, nonpolitical, and impartial organization with its headquarters in the Netherlands with Mr. Fabian Emmen as its Director/Founder. Chances4all was conceived, initiated and developed by Mr. Fabian Emmen, the Director (EU)
Our present mission is to provide increased education opportunities for students from disadvantaged families and ethnic minorities with an interest free loan to assist these students worldwide in their quest for higher education and university degrees. Our goal therefore is to increase the proportion of locals in the professional white collar workforce and/or continue their education by receiving an overseas scholarship for further studies. Employment or Private scholarships, institutional scholarships and research scholarships will be offered to successful graduates who without sponsorship would not be able to accept such positions.
It is our belief that by providing this educational chance with a roadmap to success in a suitable format is the perfect way of fulfilling this goal. Chances4all would like to start creating for selected students who would otherwise be unable to afford their desired study, packages of scholarships include support with a study fee for an interest free loan with an agreement to repay this loan to their study group providing likewise packages, with the ultimate aim of supplying to the student a work placement, an internship or an overseas scholarship, while each package will be guided by trained team members at the same time enrichening themselves and their environment by their assistance and mentor support.Rare in this concept is that 100% of sponsor’s money is paid directly to a savings account for a student or student study group, this account is fully transparent with monthly statements available.
In this concept the student completes a course in the same field as the sponsor is involved in and receives during this study period an interest free loan to cover the costs of student fees, books, uniform, medical insurance plus a living allowance for food, housing and transport each student is funded directly from the sponsor under supervision of the study group and team members of Chances4all. Because the organization’s costs are paid through results from continuously increasing savings collected by general fundraising based on an initial deposit of the founder, In a very unique way the helped students themselves will create a cumulative number of scholarships into this study group because the returning money will be used for similar study loans for new students in the same situations as the graduated students were before. Sub sequentially in the future there will be a self providing study group independent from foreign sponsors. In the future Students and graduates can assist in their study group to select, control, study with, mentor, and monitor student payments and thereby guide students to success
Through an advanced website all information regarding Chances4all and its sub account holders will be available, including bank accounts, current programs and proposed plans etc. this also applies to its entire sub organizations in other countries. The sponsor can also view the progress of his sponsored student, the sponsor can also communicate in a private but supervised blog and monitor withdrawals from the students’ saving account where the donation is deposited by a unique agreement with the local bank. all sponsored students will have a public sub page with details about their progress, but also with a list of invitations from companies and institutes who have guarantee the student after graduation, employment or abroad internship with Chances4all making clear the high expected wages will predict a great career for the student while the environment gets their benefits as a contribution to increase welfare for society.
